Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional, organised, and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school and will involve interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, including parents, pupils, staff and visitors.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, offering a warm welcome and providing them with necessary information, while ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or location.
  • Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism—providing information, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the relevant staff members efficiently.
  • Respond to inquiries from parents, pupils, and the public, offering assistance and resolving concerns wherever possible.
  • Use various software tools, including Digital Campus, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, to produce correspondence, maintain records, and manage filing systems.
  • Maintain accurate school registers for attendance and ensure fire evacuation procedures are up to date.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as required to ensure the efficient functioning of the school.

What We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, with the ability to relate positively to both adults and children. You will be the welcoming face of the school, so we are looking for someone who is approachable, patient, and able to handle situations with tact and professionalism. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment are essential.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. A good standard of Arabic is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a professional and positive demeanour.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a school or educational setting.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital administrative systems (e.g., Digital Campus).

Job Overview:

Capital School is seeking a professional  School Counsellor to join the team and carry out the professional duties of a School Counsellor.

Professional Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Follow up on pupils’ behavioural problems and document them in the relevant records, such as frequent absences, morning tardiness, inconvenience in class and others.

2. Diagnoses pupils’ cases and arrange them according to their priorities related to the teaching and learning processes.

3. Contributes mainly to strengthening the social relations between pupils and their teachers, teachers and their parents.

4. Participates in guiding pupils within their future preparation, especially middle school pupils and guides them to study that suits their interests and abilities.

5. Perform other tasks required.

Suitable applicants must have:
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychological/Social Counselling or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
